Reliable measurement readings with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. High measurement reliability with 0.016 mm accuracy. Instead of the screen for the outside micrometer, a microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed, via which the software functions can be accessed. The frame has IP 65 protection. Waterproof and dustproof. Handmade measuring anvils guarantee good precision. The unit uses a rechargeable battery. Continuous battery replacement is thus avoided. The frame micrometer is delivered with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.
MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!
Microtech’s groundbreaking computer-aided MICS system takes the frame to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and many software functions and leaves nothing to be desired.
The display is provided via an easy-to-read touchscreen. A user-friendly menu provides simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via internal memory. The statistics function enables retrieval of min, max, and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. GO/NoGO values can be displayed in color (green for GO / red for NoGO). Reading of MIN/MAX VALUES. The formula mode allows input of calculation formulas with corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. For certain measurements, it is necessary to introduce a mathematical error correction, which is also possible with the MICS system. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be stored in the software; an external date search is not necessary. The wireless data transmission can be triggered via a timer, with the touchscreen, or with the button.
Free basic software for Windows, Android, and iOS is available for the measuring tools with the MICS system. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
