Accurate reading of measurement results with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. High measurement reliability with 0.01 mm accuracy. A microcomputer with a touchscreen is installed in the standard display with dial indicator, through which the software functions can be accessed. The measuring instrument has IP 54 protection. Dust and splash-proof. A handcrafted measuring tip guarantees good precision. The unit contains a rechargeable battery. This eliminates the need for constant battery replacement. The dial indicator is supplied with a calibration certificate according to ISO 17025.
MICS Microcomputer System – Industry 4.0 ready!!
Microtech’s groundbreaking computer-aided MICS system takes measuring equipment to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and many software functions, leaving little to be desired.
The display features a touchscreen. A user-friendly menu ensures simple menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via the internal memory. The statistics function allows reading of min., max. and average values.
The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. GO/NoGO values can be displayed in color (green for GO / red for NoGO). Reading of MIN/MAX VALUES. Calculation formulas can be entered via the formula mode and then evaluated. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. For certain measurements, it is necessary to include a mathematical error correction, which is also possible with the MICS system. The display can be rotated in all directions, depending on the working direction. The calibration date can be stored in the software, so you do not always need to check the computer when a new calibration must be performed. The wireless data transmission can be triggered via a timer, via the touchscreen, or with the button.
Free base software for Windows, Android, and iOS is available for measuring instruments with the MICS system. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
