Microtech’s groundbreaking computer-aided MICS system takes measuring instruments to the next level. The system is equipped with a touchscreen and extensive software functions and leaves nothing to be desired.

The display is via a clearly readable touchscreen. A user-friendly menu ensures easy menu navigation. Up to 100 measured values can be stored via the internal memory. The statistical function enables retrieval of min., max. and mean values.

The resolution with the MICS system can be up to 0.0001 mm. GO/NoGO values can be displayed in color (green for GO / red for NoGO). Reading of MIN/MAX values. The formula mode makes it possible to enter calculation formulas with corresponding evaluation. Ambient temperatures can be incorporated into the measurement result via temperature compensation for 7 different materials. For some measurements, it is necessary to include a mathematical error correction, which is also possible with the microcomputer system. Depending on the working direction, the display can be rotated. The calibration date can be stored in the software, an external date search is not necessary. The wireless data transfer can be triggered via a timer, touchscreen or with the button.

For the measuring instruments with the MICS system, there is free basic software for Windows, Android and iOS. Extended functionality can be achieved via a paid update.
