Description

TESA Micro-Hite +M 600 is the shop-floor-friendly precision height gauge — featuring an air-bearing column, integrated touch-trigger probing, and a measuring range of 615 mm. The air bearing is the differentiator: instead of relying on grease-and-contact mechanical bearings that develop drag and stick-slip over time, the column floats on a thin film of pressurized air, providing the operator with a smooth manual feel that does not degrade with use.

The ”+M” variant adds a motorized drive option, allowing longer measuring sequences to be automated without the operator’s hand tiring from manually moving the column up and down. Both variants integrate with TESA-Hite firmware for SPC analysis and inspection data export.

Common applications: dimensional inspection of machined parts on a granite measuring plate, squareness and parallelism checks, height-from-feature checks relative to a datum plane, and gauge block calibration for an inspection cell.
